Samac, in the perspective of the philosophy of openness toward new graduates and undergraduates, participates in the innovative mutuality project “Incipit”, set up by La Cassa Rurale to facilitate the job placement of the local youth in companies and organizations operating within the region under the bank’s competence. The 2 projects proposed by Samac concern the adaptation to the “Industry 4.0” model and the search for standardization in the finished product.
